1. Agency Services & Client Agreements
When engaging Grovix Lab for bespoke web engineering, AI automations, or enterprise solutions, the specific deliverables, intellectual property rights, and timelines will be strictly governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
Unless explicitly stated in the SOW, Grovix Lab retains the right to utilize generalized, non-proprietary architectural patterns discovered during development for our open-source or internal utility tools.
2. Open Source & Free Utilities Access
In addition to our agency services, Grovix Lab provides premium web utilities and micro-SaaS browser tools completely free of charge. By accessing these public tools, you agree to utilize them strictly for legitimate personal or professional processing purposes.
Our public tool operations are sustained through a combination of our agency revenue, non-intrusive advertisements, and voluntary donations. Your use of the free services implies consent to the display of these elements.
3. Liability & Warranties
For our public Free Web Tools suite: these tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Grovix Lab accepts zero liability for any data loss, corruption, or business interruption resulting from the use of our free utilities.
For our B2B agency clients: warranties, SLAs, and liability limits are strictly defined within your individual Master Service Agreement (MSA).
